Adobe Print Settings for LivePost
Important:The steps outlined in this article only apply if you are using an older version of the LivePost software. If you are using version 3.5.x or higher, it is not necessary to perform these steps, as the Print option is no longer used. Instead, follow the steps outlined in Printing LivePost Postcards.
LivePost printing requires a very specific print setting to ensure your LivePost print-job is processed correctly. Below is a description of the necessary settings.

The following settings (indicated by the highlighted boxes in the image above) need to be configured:
- The Printer Name should be set to LivePost powered by PostNexus.
- Page Scaling should be set to Fit to Printable Area.
- Auto Rotate and Center should be unchecked.
- Choose Paper Source by PDF Page Size should be unchecked.
The important thing to note when printing a PostNexus postcard is the Preview pane in the mid-right side of the dialog. The Postcard should be placed as shown in the image above with the face image of the postcard about midway down the page. As with the standard settings above, these settings will be retained from one mailing to the next, but make sure that they are properly configured before clicking the OK button to ensure best results.
