A new Contact Status indicator is available to aid in identifying the state of a contact for improved communication and follow-ups.

Clicking on the chart will display an overlay that shows the number of contacts for each status. CLICK HERE to see what statuses are tracked

Additional Contacts Status Features:
- Click on a status to get a filtered set of contacts that matches the status.
- Manually set the Contact Status to Ready to Transact, Active, Inactive, Never Contacted, and Exclude.
- Generate a Contact Status report for a selected set of Contacts or for all Contacts.
- Based on the Contact Status, 8i can suggest next actions for agents to perform for contacts.
- In a Contact Header you will now notice a “Things to Talk about” link which brings up a list of “Suggested Next Actions”.

Favorites
- Ability to mark leads as Favorites.
- Ability to filter the Leads Summary page by Favorites.

Lead Qualification Fields - New!
- Three new Lead Qualification fields were added to the Lead record to better help the agent to pre-qualify their leads.
- A new Lead Quality indicator is available to aid the agent in identifying the quality of a lead for improved follow-ups.
- 8i uses the Ready to Transact and Interest Level fields in the Lead Record to calculate the Lead Quality.
- To better segment lead sources, a new “Other Source” field has been added to the Lead Record. Now Lead Source Providers can send the Source, Sub Source, and Other Source to 8i to segment their leads.

- Ability to mark system or personal plans as favorites.
New tabs added to the Plans Manager window to view plans by Favorites, System, Personal, or All Plans.

- New Plan Description field added to the Plans Manager window to help users select the most appropriate plan.

Mass Update Plan Settings - New!
- Ability to apply global settings to personal plans for Assigned to, Drop from Activities, Weekend Activities, Priority, Automated Send, and Include Signature.

Mass Open Plan Templates - New!
- In View Plan, a new Plan Templates tab has been added. This tab will display all templates used by this plan. You can Mass Open templates in the plan for viewing and editing.
- A new Plan Templates Report is available.

- In View Plan, a new Applied Contacts tab has been added. This tab will display all contacts that have this plan applied. It also displays the subscribe/unsubscribe status, the plan start and end date, and the number of activities completed.
- There is also a link to open the Next Activity.
- An Applied Contacts Report is available.

Improved Copy Plan Flow - Update
- Ability to create a personal plan from the Plan Info, Plan Activity, and Plan Template tabs
- When creating personal plan, user has the option of creating a personal copy of every template in the plan.

“Notes” Field for Plan Activity - New!
- Ability to add a note when adding/creating a new plan activity.

- Activities for Today is now re-labeled as Activities for Last 7 Days to show incomplete activities for the last 7 days, not just today

- Ability to view leads by Favorites, Leads for Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, and Lead Quality
