Generating a Property Alert Report

We're here to help! Live chat agents available Mon-Fri, 7:30AM to 4PM (PST).

Customers can sign up for your Property Alert service if they wish to be notified whenever a property that matches their search criteria has become available. Using a search criteria, such as a zip code or a city name, they can create and save listing searches for repeated viewing.

The Property Alert Report consists of two types of reports:

  1. Email Notifications Report: This lists the number of email notifications that have been sent out for a listing. Note that customers are made aware of  the number of new properties that meet their search criteria since the last email alert.
  2. Subscribers Report: This lists the number of customers subscribed to this service and provides detailed information about their listing search criteria and their saved listings.
  • Each saved listing search gives the notification frequency, expiration date, email address, property description, and MLS name.
  • Each saved listing shows the listing address, type, price, MLS number, square footage, etc.
