Newsletter Subscriber Setup

Place a Subscription form or link on your Web sites, or send the link in an email, to invite your customers to subscribe to the Newsletter. You can place these on as many locations as you like, such as your own Web sites, or your Top Producer Web site, or both.

To customize the Newsletter Subscription form:

1. Open the Inquiry Capture Setup page. How?

   • From the Top Marketer Control Panel > Setup click Inquiry Capture Setup.

2. From the drop-down list in the Inquiry Type area, select Newsletter Subscriber Setup.

3. In the Subscriber Capture Setup area, complete the information fields:

• Enter the wording you want to use as your URL text link.

• Create a heading and a subheading for your form. Example

  Subscribe to our free Newsletter.

  Get the latest market information for your area.

• Optionally include the source of your potential subscribers.

• Indicate if you want to ask the customer if they already have another realtor.

4. In the Form Appearance area, choose a design for your output.

5. Follow the steps to place the link or form where you need it.
