Setting up FCMA

If you are a REALTOR.com customer who purchased Featured CMA (FCMA), you can arrange to automatically send a Market Snapshot to a consumer whenever you receive an on-line FCMA consumer inquiry.

To implement Featured CMA:

  1. From the Top Marketer Control Panel > Email Inquiries > Email Inquiries Source Setup. The Email Inquiry Setup page appears.

  2. From the Email Source drop-down menu, select Featured CMA, then click the Add button. The system will generate the email address that will receive the inquiries, and then display it in the Received at Email column.

    Note: Write down this address. You will need it for the REALTOR.com Control Panel setup.

  3. If you would like the email inquiries forwarded to another address, type the address you want them sent to in the Auto-forward email inquiries field, then click the Update button.

  4. Sign onto the REALTOR.com site. The Realtor.com Control Panel displays.

  5. Enter the Received at Email from above into the Market Snapshot Email field (see step 2).

    Note: The Control Panel link just below allows you to directly sign onto the Top Marketer Control Panel from REALTOR.com.

  6. Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.

    Your FCMA inquiries will now have a Market Snapshot automatically sent to them.
