Select Header Image

Each color scheme displays a different image in the Newsletter header. Example: If you want, you can change this default image. Depending on the Newsletter type you are working with, different options are available:

• Use your own custom image: This option is available when working with both the Market Trends and Market Update Newsletters.

• Use an image from the Image library: This option is available if you are working with the Market Update Newsletter.

Using your own Custom Image

You can replace the default image in the header with your own custom image.

Tip: The maximum size of image you can use is 200 KB. If working with the Market Trends Newsletter, it is recommended to use a standard landscape photo size. If working with the Market Update Newsletter, the optimum dimensions are 950 px wide x 320 px tall.

To include your own image in your Newsletter:

1. Beside Add a Custom header image, click Browse and navigate to the image you want on your desktop.

2. Double-click the image.

Using an Image from the Image Library

If working with the Market Update Newsletter, you can choose a header image from the Image Library. You can download any of the images—one at a time—to your computer.  See the default images for the different color selections in "Header Samples for the Market Update Newsletter".

After downloading the image, use the import image feature in the Newsletter setup page to upload the image for use in the Newsletter.

To download an image from the library:

1. Beside Additional custom images..., click Image Library.

2. Locate the image you want, and right-click it.

3. From the drop-down list click Save [Picture/Image] As.

4. In the Save Picture window, navigate to where you want to save the image.

5. Give the image a name, and click Save.

6. Import the image as you would a custom image (see above).
