Inquiry Capture Setup

You can offer prospective clients the chance to request a Market Snapshot of an area of interest. To do this, you can place a Market Snapshot inquiry capture form or link on your Web sites. These could be your own Web sites, or your Top Producer Web site, or both.

Use the Inquiry Capture setup to determine how this form should appear. Once you are satisfied with your settings, you can add this to your Web site either as a link or a form.

There are two ways to present the Market Snapshot inquiry form on a Web site:

To customize the Market Snapshot form:

  1. Open the Inquiry Capture Setup page. How?closetriangle.gif

  2. From the drop-down list, select Lead Inquiry Capture Setup.

  3. Note: The Newsletter Subscriber Setup option is discussed in a separate topic.

  4. Complete the information fields:

    Note: If you subscribe to Top Producer Web Sites, you can add Market Snapshot as a form to your Web site by selecting it from the Manage My Web Boxes area in your administration interface. Select the Top Producer Web sites option from the Form Styles field or the Inquiry Capture Setup page for the form to inherit its color palate from your Top Producer Web sites theme.

  5. Click Preview Form to see how your form will look, and click Close to return to the setup page.

  6. Make any changes and click Update to save your settings, or Reset to return to the default settings.

  7. Follow the steps to place the link or form where you need it.
