Deleting Templates

Note: This topic applies to the following system template libraries: Email, Letter, Label, and Envelope. The Flyer, Presentation and Postcard functions are handled in their own sections.

System and franchise templates that come with every Top Producer 8i account cannot be deleted or modified in any way. You can, however, delete any of your personal templates.

To delete a template:

1. Open the Marketing Library landing screen. How?

   • From the Main Menu bar, click the Marketing icon.

2. Click the action link for the template library you want to work with: Email Library, Letter Library, Label Library, or the Envelope Library.

3. From the Show Category drop-down list, select the category containing the template you want to delete.

4. Click the template's Delete action icon and click Yes in the resulting confirmation dialog box.

   Note: If the template's row does not have a Delete action icon, the template is a system template and cannot be deleted.
