Configuring the Social Media Widget

Adding the Social Media widget to your Featured Blog sidebar gives your blog visitors a quick and easy way to visit any of your social media websites, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.

Adding the Social Media Widget to Your Sidebar

1. In the Appearance section of the navigation menu, click the Widgets link.

   

2. Drag the Social Media Widget from the Available Widgets box to the Sidebar box on the right.

   

Configuring the Social Media Widget

1. Enter a Title to display at the top of the Social Media Widget
2. You can enter additional text to display above the social media icons in the Widget Text box.
3. Fill in the Icon Alt and Title Tag to display when hovering the mouse over the social media icons.
4. Enter the URL of any Social Media websites you would like to link to in the appropriate fields.

   

5. Once you have finished configuring the Social Media Widget, click the Save button at the bottom.

   

6. The Social Media Widget displays in the Sidebar on your Featured Blog.
