Creating A Custom Listing Plan

You can apply a Top Producer 7i's listing plan to each new listing you receive, instead of creating activities from scratch every time you get a listing.

Additionally, power users may want to custom-create a number of different listing plans for applying to different kinds of properties, sellers, market conditions, etc. Once you have created your own personal library of plans, you can easily apply them and make minor modifications for specific listings, if need be.

  1. From the main menu highlight Setup, then click Plans setup.
  2. Select and open a contact.
    The Plans setup window opens.
  3. Click the Listing plans tab.
  4. Select Listing services checklist from the Listing plan drop-down list, then click Copy.
    The Copy listing plan: window opens.
  5. Enter the name for your personal listing plan, and click OK to save.
  6. You can now edit the new plan as you would any other personal action plan.
