Creating A Flyer For Print Or Email

To create a flyer, please do the following:

  1. From the program's main menu, point to Flyers, then click Create flyer.
  2. In the Create flyer - Select the flyer you want to create page, select a flyer category from the Categories section.
  3. Click the desired flyer template from the Templates section, then click Next.
  4. In the Create flyer - Select property page, select the property you want to create a flyer for. If desired, use the search options to find the property. Once you have selected the property, click Next.

NOTE: Some flyers require you to select multiple properties. In this case, repeat step 4 until you have selected all the properties for the flyer. Some flyers - for instance, the Agent Resume and Miscellaneous flyers - do not require you to select a property.

  1. In the Create flyer - Edit text and pictures page, you can make changes to the flyer text and pictures. Clicking on any text or graphic box will highlight it, enabling you to then change its properties.

NOTE: If you have entered your agent information, photo, and company logo in Agent Setup they will automatically be included in the flyer. Additionally, if you have added a property photo to the contact record of the property you are creating a flyer for, this photo will automatically be included in the flyer.

  1. To change the properties of text and graphic boxes, you can use the design and formatting features on the Flyer Designer tool bar. To determine which feature is associated with a given icon, point to the icon and a descriptive box will appear.
  2. In the case of both text and graphic boxes you can:
    • Resize or drag-and-drop them to another location
    • Change the border line weight, style and coloring

Additionally, in the case of text boxes you can:

  • Add new text or edit existing text
  • Change font, font size, font color, add bolding, italicizing or underlining
  • Change the text indentation and justification
  • Change the fill color

You also have the option of inserting hyperlinks, text merge codes, and picture merge codes, as well as adding text and graphic boxes and arranging these boxes in layers.

  1. Once you have finished editing the flyer's text and graphics, click Next.
  2. You now have a choice of the following four options as listed in the Create flyer - Distribute flyer page. Whichever option you choose, the flyer will be saved in the flyer list on the My flyerspage.
    • Publish the flyer to the web and send a link to your contacts in an email
    • Print the flyer
    • Publish the flyer to the web and view it in Adobe Acrobat, from where you can save the flyer to your computer's hard disk drive
