Setting Up Agent Information

- Specify name details, address and contact information in the appropriate sections.
Note: The First name, Initial, Last name and Company name are automatically completed using information from your account and cannot be edited.
The Email address field in the Contact information section allows you to direct email replies to the specified email address.
- Type the signature you want to appear on outgoing mass email and printed letters in the Signature section.
Some Signature features:- use the HTML editor toolbar to format selected text, cut and paste, insert pictures, hyperlinks or a horizontal line.
- use Insert link to add a hyperlink to your signature.
- use Insert a company logo or Insert user photo to include a company logo or agent photo to your signature.
- use Clear signature to remove the existing signature to start from scratch.
- Under the Additional TOP PRODUCER applications section, click the check box(es) next to the additional Top Producer application(s) for which you hold licenses.
- Select your time zone from the Time zone drop-down list, click Next.
- One of two screens appear next:
- the Setup wizard – Assistant setup window, if you have purchased an assistant license.
- the Setup wizard – Agent pictures setup window, if you do not have an assistant license.

If you do NOT have an Assistant license please skip to “Setting Up Agent/Assistant Pictures and Company Logo”.
