Can I Limit My Assistant's Ability To View, Export, Or Delete Data?

Yes. You have the option of restricting access to events that are assigned to the agent, as well as restricting their ability to export or delete data.

1. From the Top Producer main menu, go to Setup, Agent Setup.
2. From the action items click Assistants.
3. Click on the desired assistant and choose the View/modify action menu item.
   The Assistant information window opens.

4. To prevent assistants from seeing agent events, disable (uncheck) the option Give this assistant access to Agent schedule.
5. Click OK to save your changes.
   At this point the assistant will have access to all of the data in Top Producer 7i except for the agent events.
6. To prevent assistants from exporting or deleting data, the following boxes must be unchecked:
