that emulate real-world scenarios for agents and their assistants using Top Producer
8i. All classes are designed to enable agents to gain knowledge in how to manage
all aspects of their business using Top Producer 8i.

How does Online Training work?
Online Training allows customers to connect over the internet from anywhere in the
world to a virtual Top Producer classroom setting using a web conferencing environment
called iLinc™. Customers will interact in real time with a Top
Producer instructor to experience the many benefits of Top Producer 8i. Please view
the class content page for specific Online Training class details and registration
information.

How do I join my pre-registered Top Producer class?
Once you have registered for a class, an invitation email that includes the date
& time of the class, login instructions and dial-in conferencing instructions
will be emailed to you within 24 hours, during normal business hours.
You will be asked to join your class 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
Once you are connected, software will be loaded onto your computer to create compatibility
between the instructor's computer and yours, allowing them to communicate. You will
then need to call the toll-free number that is emailed to you, in order to communicate
with the instructor. A hands-free set or speaker phone is recommended.

Is a high speed connection required?
A high speed connection is preferred but is not a requirement to participate in
Online Training. The following is a list of requirements:
- Telephone connection for dial-in audio
- Internet connection (High speed strongly recommended)
- Windows Operating System
- Internet Explorer 5.5+ or Netscape 7+

Do I need to be logged into my Top Producer 8i account?
You will not be required to be logged into your own Top Producer 8i account. A Top
Producer instructor uses a training account when conducting an Online Training class.

What is the class length?
Please review the class content for each class offering as times may vary. On average,
each class is scheduled for approximately 75-90 minutes, including a 15 minute Question
& Answer period. Please be prepared to participate for a maximum of 90 minutes.

Does Top Producer Online Training offer one-on-one or group training?
Top Producer Training classes have a maximum size of 10 participants. This allows
one-on-one individualized attention, and ample opportunity for questions and answers.
Group Online Training will be offered in the future. Please visit

Can I reschedule my class?
Please reschedule your class within a 30 day period from the date of purchase. You
can contact our Customer Service department for rescheduling options at 1-866-230-4789

What if I'm having a technical problem and can't join my class?
We highly recommend testing your computer for compatibility as soon as you receive
your invitation email. Included in this email is a test link that will test your
computer for compatibility. If you require assistance with this, please contact
the Training department directly at

Can I purchase a class but not register at the same time?
Yes, although spacing is limited for each class which is why we recommend registering
as soon as possible.
