WFRMLS Export and Setup Instructions

These instructions will show you how to download listings from your MLS board and then open those listings in Top Producer® 7i for the purposes of creating a CMA.

Section 1 – Data Export from WFRMLS

1. Open the http://www.wfrmls.com website in their web browser.
2. Enter your username and password, then click on Submit.
3. Perform a Residential property search, then view the listings.
4. Check the box on the right side of each listing you would like to export, or click on the Check All button at the top of the window.
5. Select Export from the Report: drop-down menu at the top of the window.
6. Click on the Tab delimited button. This will open a File Download dialog box. At this point Save the file, and make note of the location it is saved in. The filename will be Export.csv by default.

Section 2 - Top Connector Picture and Data Setup

1. Login to Top Producer 7i. If this is the first time using Top Connector 7i , you will need to select the correct module in the Top Connector 7i MLS Setup. Skip to step 3 if you have already set the default MLS board.
2. Click Setup, and select Top Connector 7i MLS setup. Select the correctMLS module and click the Set as default link.
3. Click Presentations and select Create CMA / Buyer presentation.
4. Select the presentation template that you would like to use and click Next.
5. Select the contact that the presentation is being created for and click Next.
6. Click the Select MLS data file link.
7. Ensure that beside Look in: in the upper left portion of the screen, it reads C:. If not, click in the white area beside Look in: and select drive C:
8. Browse to the folder that contains the Export.CSV file you saved. Highlight the file and click Open.
9. Click Next.
10. You should now see a list of the comparable properties that you have exported from WFRMLS. Put check marks next to the comparables that you wish to use, and click Get Pictures for Selected.
11. Click Make CMA to finish the CMA creation procedure.
