Superlative Export And Setup Instructions

This article will show you how to download listings from your MLS board and then open those listings in Top Producer 7i for the purposes of creating a CMA.

Note: This document assumes that you have installed your IRMLS software in the default directory on drive C. If you have installed to a different drive and/or directory please substitute drive C and directory with the actual drive/directory that your IRMLS based program is installed in.

Section 1 - Superlative Export

1. After you have successfully logged into the IRMLS based program, proceed with the search and then display the results.
2. Select the comparables that you want to import into Top Connector.
3. Click on Export Results to bring up the Listing Export window.
4. Check Listing's Data and Listing's Image.
5. Click on Download to bring up the File Download box, and select Save to disk. The file name will default to mrexport.zip. Make a note of the file name and the folder it is saved to.
6. Log off IRMLS.

Section 2 - Top Connector 7i Setup

1. Login to Top Producer 7i.
2. Click Setup, Application setup and select Top Connector 7i MLS Connectivity.
3. Highlight the correct module (For doing primarily residential searches you would click on the choice specified as residential).
4. From the Action Menu Click Set as default.
5. Click Close.

Section 3 - Top Connector CMA or Buyer Presentation Search

1. Login to Top Producer 7i
2. Click Presentations, then Create CMA/Buyer Presentation.
3. Choose the desired template. Click next.
4. Choose the desired contact. Click next.
5. Click Select MLS data file, and a new window will open.
6. In the upper left portion of the screen you will see the words Look in:. Click in the white area beside the words Look in: and then click on c:\.
7. Browse to the folder which contains the exported file.
8. At the bottom beside List of file types:, verify that All files is selected.
9. Select the exported file and click Open.
10. Click Next.
11. Select the properties you wish to use in your CMA/Buyer Presentation, and click the Make CMA button.
