Before beginning the install process, please make sure that the following criteria
have been met:
Please follow these steps to complete the installation of Top Producer for Windows
Mobile (TPWM):

Login to Top Producer 7i.

Point to Setup, and then click on Agent setup.

In the Additional TOP PRODUCER applications section, check the
Top Producer for Windows Mobile check box, then click Ok.

Point to Setup, then Applications setup, and then
click on Top producer for handhelds.

Create a filter for your data if prompted to. Try to restrict activities and notes
that will be transferred to the Windows Mobile Device to a limited time frame. If
you are not prompted to create a filter, proceed to the next step.

If you are presented with the What to do next: screen, click
More at the bottom of the page. Otherwise, proceed to the next step.

In the Handheld Manager screen click on the Download Client Software
link on the left hand side of the window. When prompted, choose to Save
the file to your computer's desktop.

Once the download completes, close any open windows including Top Producer 7i. Double
click on the TPWM.exe file you downloaded to your desktop in the
previous step. This will begin the installation.

You will now be asked to exit any applications that are running on your computer.
Do so and then click Next. The software agreement acceptance message
will appear. Select I agree and click Next again.

The Select Components screen will now appear. Click the Windows Mobile 5.0 (Pocket
PC) radio button and check the Include IBM J9 JVM Cab File
check box, then click Next.

You will now be asked which folder to put the files in. It is highly recommended
that you choose the default Top Producer folder. To do so, simply click Next.

The Start Installation message will now display. Click Install.
A screen will appear that displays the installation’s progress.

When the installation is finished, the Install Complete message
will be displayed. The application will now begin the installation of Top Producer
on your handheld.
Note: If your handheld displays a message stating that the file
is unsigned, click Yes to accept the file.

On the handheld , when the Installation is successfully completed
message appears on the device, click OK. Click on the Windows Logo
(located top left on most devices), then Programs, and then
Top Producer. The following message will be displayed: You have no
local data, do you want to login to the platform and perform a full data recovery?
Click Yes.

Enter your Top Producer 7i username and password and click Connect.

TPWM will begin to sync with the server. Please avoid disconnecting the device until
the sync is complete.

Once the Process Completed message appears, click OK
to enter Top Producer.

Tap on Menu in the bottom right hand corner, and then tap on
Synchronize Data.
