Booker has been the Director of Human Resources for Top Producer since 2005. He is responsible for organization effectiveness initiatives
throughout the company. He leads Top Producer’s focus on becoming an Employer of
Choice through effective people management practices.
With over 20 years of experience, Booker is a member of the BC Human
Resources Management Association (BC-HRMA), the BCTIA Human Resources Technology
Group (HRTG) and the Advisory Committee for the British Columbia Institute of Technology
(BCIT) Technology Management Program (TMGT).
Booker was the Director of HR & Administration
at West Bay Semiconductor (acquired by Intel), HR & Administration Manager at Ebco
Industries and has held HR and management positions at MPR Teltech
and Bell Canada.
