Importing Contacts from Top Producer into InstanetForms™ and TransactionDesk is
as easy as 1-2-3!
Whenever you are adding Contacts/Participants in your Instanet Form or TransactionDesk,
simply select – "I would like to: Add New Transaction Contact from Top Producer".
InstanetForms or TransactionDesk automatically connects to your Top Producer 8i
database and retrieves client’s contact information.
Search by either First Name, Last Name or Company and click "Search Contact List".
Select the contacts you want to import and then click on the "Import Selected Contacts" at the bottom of the page. Those contacts will then be imported to your InstanetForms or TransactionDesk.
